Top-up needs no overseas credit card (saving card fees and monthly charges) and is paid directly in RMB — much simpler. We use official channels, so security is the same as direct official payment.
Purchased card keys are valid long-term — use them whenever you need. They won't expire and our system records them, so nothing is lost.

Very simple: choose a plan → pay locally (Alipay/WeChat) → get a card key or top-up link → fill in your GPT account info. The whole process takes about 1–3 minutes; membership activates almost instantly.
No. We top up via Apple gift cards or enterprise channels — you never provide any account password. Beware of third-party channels asking for your password.
Log in to chat.openai.com, go to "Settings → Account" to see your Plus/Pro subscription status and expiry.
Common causes: your account is still within an active Plus period, or unstable network. First check whether your subscription has expired; if issues persist, contact support and we will help investigate.
We don't recommend stacking top-ups. Wait until the current subscription expires; stacking overwrites the existing one and only adds a month.

Account usage

No. Top-up is one-time; it will not auto-charge. After expiry the subscription simply stops, and you can renew manually.
ChatGPT is designed for single users; the official system detects abnormal concurrent logins from different locations, which may limit or degrade the account. Use a dedicated account per person; for team needs, contact us about batch plans.
Plus includes: GPT-5 series latest models, DALL·E 3 image generation, web search, file upload & analysis, custom GPTs creation and usage, and advanced data analysis.
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in (re-login often works). If it still hasn't taken effect, check your subscription in account settings, or contact support with a screenshot and we will verify.

Yes. We offer a 100% refund guarantee. If a card key is invalid or the top-up fails, contact support within 24 hours of purchase with the order screenshot and we'll process the refund within 1 business day.
